- Position Overview
- The Superintendent will oversee and manage all construction activities on our infrastructure and water projects. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

- Responsibilities
- + Plan, schedule, and coordinate all civil activities on assigned projects.
- Qualifications
- + 3+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in a Superintendent/leadership capacity + Associated or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred + Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements and jurisdictional issues, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents + Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding Kiewit's policies, procedures and software programs.

- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Base Compensation:
