This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities that contribute to smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction. The following summarizes the responsibilities of a Support Staff team member. Assisting with area setup and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Supporting Lift Operations and ensuring efficient guest flow. Managing rental equipment and facilitating the fitting of ski and snowboard equipment to children aged between 3 & 14. Lesson and ticket sales. Supervising children in a safe and engaging manner. Providing direct support to instructors during lessons and other activities.

Requirements:

Punctuality and reliability. Must be flexible, positive, a team player, work unsupervised and happy to work in variable weather conditions. Experience working with children preferred.

Hourly pay:
