Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks, Agile concepts, CI/CD 10+ years' experience Roles & Responsibilities
  • 10+ years hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and AI frameworks to create scalable, reliable agentic solutions.
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Build multi-step reasoning pipelines with guardrails, retry logic, and fallback strategies.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, ticketing, knowledge bases, and messaging tools).
  • Develop prompt templates, tool schemas, and context management patterns for reliable task execution.
  • Establish observability for agent runs: traces, latency, token usage, cost, and failure analytics.
  • Implement safety controls including policy checks, output validation, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
  • Optimize agent performance through eval sets, benchmark scenarios, and continuous tuning.
  • Build modular components for planner-executor patterns, retrieval, and decision routing.
  • Harden production deployments with authentication, authorization, and secure secret handling.
  • Troubleshoot hallucinations, tool misuse, and context-window issues using systematic diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to convert business workflows into automatable agent tasks.
  • Maintain developer documentation and best practices for scalable, maintainable agent systems.
