Physical Therapist (Contract)
QualificationsMinimum of 12 months of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in a similar settingActive California Physical Therapist license (required)Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teamsAbility to maintain accurate and timely documentationResponsibilitiesPerform evaluations and provide physical therapy services based on patient needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide therapy services based on physician referral or direct patient access where applicableEducate patients on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercisesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progressCollaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of careBe available for consultation during scheduled working hoursAdditional RequirementsCompliance with respiratory protection standards, including
