Description Parking - Lead Valet Attendant Position Summary The Parking
- Lead Valet Attendant delivers exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
This role is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, supporting front drive operations, and providing information about resort amenities and services. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly.
Assist guests with luggage, golf clubs, coolers, and other personal belongings.
Maintain an organized and efficient front drive area, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
Keep bell carts, entrances, and valet areas clean and presentable.
Deliver guest amenities, packages, and special requests promptly.
Provide accurate information about resort amenities, events, dining, and local attractions.
Respond professionally to guest inquiries and service requests.
Maintain knowledge of resort operations, schedules, and promotions.
Follow established communication, guest service, and safety procedures. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Education and Experience Previous valet, bell, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
