Qualifications & Experience:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT certification (or equivalent state licensure) Familiarity with standard radiology imaging equipment and procedures Proven track record of delivering clear and precise imaging results Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiology best practices Strong interpersonal skills for communication with patients and healthcare staff Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records

Responsibilities:

Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images as ordered by physicians Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes and ensuring safety and privacy Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques Monitor and maintain radiology equipment, reporting any maintenance needs Adhere strictly to established protocols for radiation safety and infection control Collaborate with radiologists and other clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document procedures and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility policies Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their visit
