The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to support various administrative functions and front desk responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the office Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, outlook, and other office management software for administrative tasks. Assist with general office management tasks such as inventory control, supplies ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and friendly attitude Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members Proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and clerical procedures such as filing and proofreading Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred.
