Our team of veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs), and Veterinary Assistants work collaboratively to deliver outstanding preventative, diagnostic, surgical, dental, and urgent care services while prioritizing client education and pet well-being. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and client communication. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize clinic flow. Handle medical billing and collections accurately, ensuring timely processing of payments. Maintain organized client records, updating pet information and medical histories as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding pet care, treatments, and clinic policies. Experience Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with veterinary terminology, medical collections, and laboratory procedures enhances effectiveness in this position. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
