Impact:

Supervise and mentor journeymen and apprentices to ensure high-quality plumbing and site utility installations. Execute complex plumbing field work in strict accordance with government specifications. Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budget targets. Manage real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards. Represent the company in professional interactions with prime contractors, government personnel, and inspectors. Maintain a balance between providing hands-on labor and high-level crew management to drive project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience serving as a Foreman on prevailing wage plumbing projects. Demonstrated ability to lead crews and execute plumbing, wet mechanical, and site utility projects with minimal oversight. Strong technical proficiency in plumbing systems and construction. Ability to interface professionally with government officials and third-party inspectors. Willingness to travel to various project assignments as required across Southern California.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years of related work experience in the plumbing trade. Completion of a formal plumbing trade school or technical certification program. Advanced knowledge of commercial and federal project documentation and safety standards.
