FULL-TIME CARPENTER
to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and restoration projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, installing, repairing, and restoring structures with precision and craftsmanship. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations and industry standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other construction materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines Perform framing work including metal stud framing, drywall installation, plastering, and flooring laying for residential projects Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, siding, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and other finishing components Conduct rebar installation, masonry tasks, tile laying, and water damage restoration as needed for diverse projects Ensure power tool safety protocols are followed at all times while operating equipment for woodworking or heavy lifting tasks Assist in remodeling efforts including siding replacement, fixture installation, caulking, and general handyman repairs Support restoration industry projects involving mold remediation or water damage repairs with precision craftsmanship Interpret construction plans accurately to coordinate fabrication and assembly tasks efficiently on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards related to power tools, heavy lifting, and construction site protocols Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and metal stud framing Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution Experience with woodworking tools such as saws, drills, sanders along with woodworking machines like CNC equipment if applicable Familiarity with construction estimating processes for project planning and resource management Ability to operate power tools safely including saws, drills, sanders for woodworking tasks Hands-on experience in residential carpentry projects involving drywall installation, siding replacement, flooring installation or tile laying Knowledge of the use of wood construction materials such as lumber types, plywoods or composite panels Experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation projects demonstrating versatility in construction services Ability to interpret technical instructions related to rebar installation or masonry work when required Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as needed in construction environments Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to impactful building projects.
