Job Description

About Position A premiere partner, a leader in horticultural containers is now hiring dependable people on all shifts. These are entry level positions and training will be provided. Transportation is available on all shifts depending on location. 1st shift 630am-700pm 3rd shift 640pm-700 am $15.00 - $15.50 Attendance Bonus & OT Available Flexible Schedule 3 days one week, 4 days following week

Job Responsibilities:

Gathers customer products at work station. Inspects products to ensure compliance with quality guidelines and expectations Stages nonconforming products Packages conforming products as specified Accurately record scrap, downtime, and production on/for the production/scrap tracking report Maintain housekeeping as needed and at the end of the shift Immediately informs shift/department crew leader of any changes in product quality or machine operation Perform any other duties as requested by the shift/dept. crew supervisor Clearly communicates with prior and subsequent shift associates

Candidates MUST :

Have 6 - 12 months of proven work history Pass pre-employment screening Have the ability to work 12 hour shifts, a lot of standing and moving around Maintain a productive pace of work
