From AV and décor to fabrication and entertainment, we make complex events look effortless and it all starts with a strong warehouse operation. We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a background in event production to lead warehouse operations supporting AV, décor, and staging for high-impact events. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and systems, and knows what it takes to get shows out the door flawlessly. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining an organized, safe, and show-ready warehouse Managing equipment, check-ins/check-outs, and inventory software Overseeing prep, quality control, and post-event returns Ensuring trucks, vehicles, and equipment are ready and well-maintained Supporting production teams during load-ins, sets, strikes, and load-outs Improving warehouse workflows, processes, and efficiency Who You Are Hands-on, organized leader with experience in event production or logistics (AV, décor, staging, or production) Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Skilled at solving operational challenges and keeping workflows running smoothly Comfortable using software to manage equipment and warehouse operations Physically able to lift and move equipment 50+ lbs Valid driver's license and able to support events on and off site Why Join Events By Design?
