Responsibilities Install commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and any kitchen equipment systems following detailed schematics and technical instructions Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic to diagnose issues accurately Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble, install, or repair appliances efficiently Conduct routine maintenance on kitchen appliances to prevent future breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Operate company vehicles including box trucks safely to transport tools and equipment to job sites Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction Qualifications Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, or field service in a commercial setting Ability to read technical schematics and use ladder logic for troubleshooting complex systems Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, electrical testing devices, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies Experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or similar delivery vehicles safely and responsibly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Knowledge of assembly processes for commercial kitchen equipment and familiarity with service technician procedures Join us in delivering reliable solutions that keep commercial kitchens running at peak performance!
