As a key leader in our hospitality team, you will oversee reservation management, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure smooth communication between guests and staff. Duties Manage restaurant reservations during shift with the guidance of management staff Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services that reflect our commitment to hospitality and guest relations Coordinate seating arrangements with the host/hostess team, balancing customer preferences with table availability and restaurant capacity Oversee table management to maximize seating efficiency while maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Lead and support the host/hostess team in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously Assist in training new hosts on Open Table, reservation procedures, and hospitality best practices to ensure consistency in guest experiences Skills Proven experience in restaurant reservation management and host/hostess roles within food service environments Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage guests effectively and coordinate with team members Exceptional organizational skills to manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow seamlessly Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive guest relations and handling inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety standards to uphold hygiene protocols at all times Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, motivate team members, and foster a welcoming environment for guests Join us as a Lead Host where your vibrant personality, organizational prowess, and passion for hospitality will make every guest's experience memorable!
