We're Looking for an Event Server to Help Deliver Standout Service at Wander at Longwoods Wander at Longwoods is a farm-to-table restaurant and event venue on the 54-acre Longwoods Preserve in Cumberland, Maine. We host everything from intimate dinners to 150-guest weddings and private events

• and we're looking for an Event Server who thrives in that environment and brings energy, polish, and reliability to every shift.

This is a part-time position. Events experience is a plus.

Part-time Pay:

$10.00/hr + tips What You'll Do Provide attentive, professional service to guests throughout events and regular restaurant service Know the menu inside and out

• ingredients, allergens, pairings, and specials Support service during events including weddings, receptions, and private gatherings
• passed appetizers, plated dinners, buffets, and bar support Stay sharp on event timelines and follow cues from the event coordinator and lead server Work as part of a team to keep service smooth and guests happy, especially during busy shifts and large events Assist with event setup and breakdown
• linens, tableware, décor, and more Communicate proactively with the kitchen and floor manager throughout service Handle guest questions and concerns quickly and professionally What You Bring Experience in restaurant and/or event service settings A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Strong multitasking skills and grace under pressure Ability to lift and carry trays, stand for extended periods, and work evenings and weekends Open availability•events don't follow a predictable schedule TIPS certification or willingness to obtain before your first shift Benefits $10.
