What You'll Do:

Manage import and export documentation from start to finish Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth, on-time movement of freight Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing top tier service and clear communication Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations on every shipment Multitask across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Build strong working relationships across the supply chain

What You Bring:

Import/Export experience with an NVOCC required Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Confident communicator who thrives under pressure Background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
