Full-Time (40 hrs./week) M-F between 6:30am-3:00pm with ½ hour off for lunch Position Summary . CCX is seeking a high-performance Fleet Operations Specialist to support and execute day-to-day transportation operations across our fleet and brokerage network. This role sits at the center of operations, customer service, and compliance , ensuring that freight moves efficiently, drivers are supported, and customers receive proactive, real-time communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment , has strong dispatch and logistics experience, and can anticipate problems before they impact service Responsibilities-

• Operations & Customer Service
• Oversee daily routing and execution of company drivers and partner carriers
• Monitor fleet activity to ensure on-time performance and safety compliance
• Proactively resolve service issues to protect customer satisfaction and KPIs
• Provide real-time communication to customers regarding delays, updates, and exceptions
• Maintain and update dispatch milestones in LoadStop TMS
• Coordinate breakdowns, service failures, and recovery efforts
• Ensure all loads are closed with complete, billing-ready documentation
• Communicate customer-specific requirements and escalations to management
• Identify and support customer growth opportunities in coordination with Sales
• Compliance & Recruiting
• Assist with driver and carrier qualification in alignment with company SOPs
• Support pre-hire screening , resume review, and candidate presentation
• Monitor and report HOS violations, safety issues, and compliance risks
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Compliance on repairs, vendors, and equipment readiness - Support recruiting initiatives including job boards and social media outreach Qualifications Minimum 3+ years ' experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet operations Strong working knowledge of TMS platforms (LoadStop preferred) Experience with Motive (ELD systems) strongly preferred Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and driver compliance Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and transportation systems Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving ability Ability to multi-task under pressure and make real-time decisions Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable

NOTE:

This is an on-site position at our Temecula, CA headquarters and may be required to travel to Fontana, CA and Tolleson, AZ. Role may evolve into full-time management based on performance and operational growth Opportunity to gain cross-functional experience in

$50,022.36 - $58,241.97 per year
