You will lead production teams, coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory, manage operational workflows, enforce SOPs and safety standards, and ensure that all outputs are accurate and on schedule.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Supervisor owns the day-to-day execution of Starbond's warehouse operations, production, and fulfillment. This role ensures that the weekly production plan is executed accurately, orders are fulfilled on time, and the warehouse remains safe, organized, and efficient.You will lead production teams, coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory, manage operational workflows, enforce SOPs and safety standards, and ensure that all outputs are accurate and on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A.
Warehouse Operations & Production Execute the weekly production plan built by the Supply Chain Supervisor. Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities (bottling, labeling, packaging, staging). Assign tasks and manage production staff to meet throughput and quality targets. Monitor production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust workflow to hit daily and weekly goals. Maintain accurate documentation of counts, output, and QC data. B. Fulfillment & Inventory Coordination Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment for Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and Amazon FBM. Coordinate Amazon FBA shipment prep with Pedro and the warehouse team. Work closely with Leon on inventory pulls, receiving, bin/slot organization, and cycle counts. Prevent operational errors that lead to stockouts, mis-picks, or fulfillment delays. C. Quality, Safety & Housekeeping Monitor product quality (glue, accelerators, epoxy) and enforce QC holds and rework when needed. Enforce all safety rules and halt operations when serious safety risks are present. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Document all safety incidents and operational issues on the same day. D. Team Leadership, Training & Performance Lead, coach, and hold warehouse staff accountable to SOPs, output, and quality standards. Train new and existing team members on SOPs, safety, and best practices. Identify performance issues and document them in alignment with the Disciplinary Matrix. Conduct quick team huddles for alignment, communication of changes, and daily priorities. E. Communication, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Communicate staffing needs and capacity constraints to the CEO in advance. Provide the CEO with a weekly operations report (throughput, issues, staffing, risks). Sync weekly with the Supply Chain Supervisor to review production plan feasibility and constraints. Work with Leon and Jayson to review discrepancies, DRP/MPS execution, and inventory issues. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose clear, practical solutions. Update operations SOPs as processes are improved or standardized. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Core Operations & Throughput Production Output vs. Plan ≥ 95% On-Time Completion of Weekly Production Plan ≥ 95% Labor Efficiency (Production + Fulfillment) ≥ 95% of planned labor hours Operational Errors per Week (miss-picks, rework, mislabels) — trending down and documented Fulfillment & Accuracy On-Time Order Fulfillment ≥ 98% Fulfillment Error Rate ≤ 0.5% Amazon ASIN Sticker Labeling Errors = 0 Carton Identifier Label Errors = 0 Amazon FBA Shipment Labeling Errors = 0 Inventory & Coordination Stock Transfer Accuracy ≥ 98% Inventory Discrepancy Issues (with Leon) — minimal, with clear root-cause explanation Amazon FBA Stockouts = 0 DRP & Channel Execution Amazon FBA DRP Fulfillment ≥ 98% FBA Shipment Prep Timeliness (ship dates vs plan) — ≥ 98% Compliance, Safety & Systems SOP Documentation ≥ 3 per quarter SOP & Policy Compliance ≥ 95% Policy Enforcement Compliance ≥ 95% Safety Incidents = 0 preventable incidents; all documented same-day Weekly Operations Report Timeliness & Completeness = 100%SUCCESS PROFILE A
