$20•28 per hour About the Role At Beyond Behavior California, our Regional Schedulers play a vital role in helping children and families receive consistent in-home ABA services across California. We are looking for an organized, fast-paced, people-oriented team member to support scheduling operations for both our Northern and Southern California regions. What Does a Regional Scheduler Do? Coordinating schedules for in-home ABA sessions Matching staff availability with client needs Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs Communicating with families and clinical teams regarding scheduling updates Supporting new client starts and staff assignments Monitoring travel radius and geographic placement of staff Collaborating with leadership, recruiting, and clinical departments Maintaining accurate scheduling records and communication logs Assisting with full-time caseload development for BTs/RBTs Helping ensure continuity of care for clients and families Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, healthcare coordination, ABA, or staffing preferred Professional and compassionate communication style Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment Experience with Google Workspace and scheduling systems preferred Why Join Beyond Behavior California?
