• Knowledge of basic food/baked goods, serving utensils, sanitation principles, applicable to food/baked goods, serving and kitchen maintenance.
• Ability to learn computerized cashiering essential.
• Must be able to obtain a valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card.

• NO TESTING

• All candidates are required to submit to pre hire screening including: Criminal DOJ background check, and provide a negative TB within the last year.
