Requirements:

Active and unencumbered RN license Proven experience in a Level II or higher NICU setting Current BLS and NRP certifications Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals Adaptability to rapidly changing clinical situations

Responsibilities:
