Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification in echocardiography (such as RDCS, RCS, or equivalent) Proven experience as an Echo Tech In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology Proficient in operating and troubleshooting imaging equipment Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and healthcare team Current BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging studies as ordered Review and record results, ensuring accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare providers regarding patient findings Prepare patients for procedures and explain imaging processes Monitor patient status during exams and respond to any emergent situations appropriately Maintain equipment, supplies, and exam rooms to meet infection control and safety standards Experience in a healthcare setting with a strong focus on imaging is essential.
