Entry Level Client Associate

We are hiring Entry Level Client Associates who want to learn how to work with customers, support client accounts, and represent top wireless, internet, and telecom services. This full-time, entry-level Client Associate role is built for individuals who want professional growth, training, and a strong foundation in client support, customer communication, sales, and telecom account management. Entry Level Client Associate Responsibilities As an Entry Level Client Associate, you will interact directly with customers and clients, help them understand wireless and internet options, support their account needs, and deliver friendly, helpful service during every interaction. You'll build real skills in sales, customer engagement, client relations, telecommunications, and account coordination. Speak with customers and clients daily to explain wireless, internet, and telecommunications service options Assist with customer enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes Deliver high-quality customer service, client support, and customer guidance Recommend service plans, upgrades, and wireless or internet options based on customer needs Maintain organized records of customer accounts, client activity, service updates, and sales progress Meet daily customer and client-focused sales goals in a performance-driven environment Support teammates with customer interactions, client questions, and account-related requests Learn essential skills in telecommunications, wireless services, internet products, and customer communication Stay updated on telecom promotions, wireless plans, pricing changes, and new service features What Makes You a Strong Entry Level Client Associate Strong interest in customer service, client support, sales, telecommunications, and wireless technology Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn customer-facing and client-focused skills Reliable, motivated, and excited to grow into roles such as Client Associate, Sales Associate, Customer Service Lead, or Account Manager Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
