The BDC is a call center that is responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing service calls. A good candidate is someone that is very organized and customer service driven. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving. Pay

• The Service Coordinator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $20.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) to $1,500.00. Benefits

• Promptly answer all calls and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to our wide range of customers
• Work with customers to set appointments, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a positive environment, work with co-workers as well as customers within a diverse culture
