We are currently looking for an experienced & skilled automotive BDC representative to join our team and bring an outstanding consumer experience to the table. Job Description As an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for monitoring sales and service internet and phone leads and providing client follow-up. The role requires a customer-service-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage incoming customer leads. The role is highly customer-centric, a comfort for making phone calls, texting, and sending emails to prospective clients on a regular schedule is needed. Responsibilities First and foremost - a great attitude is 90% of this position!!

• Log all customer contacts and comments into the CRM tool and schedule follow up calls
• Confirm scheduled appointments
• Reschedule "no show" customer appointments
• Follow-up with sales and service departments to inquire about appointments and outcomes
• Purify and update customer's changes in the database
• Contact customer base on current marketing incentives
• Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries)
• Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule sales appointments
• Notify necessary departments of appointments set
• Follow internet leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery/RO
• Forward any customer concerns to the correct department manager and follows up
• Performs other tasks as assigned
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments off those calls Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum two years of call center experience; dealership experience highly desired
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, bi-ligual a plus
• Excellent communicational, interpersonal, organizational skill
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• A devotion to work in a performance-based, commission environment
• Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
