Predator Motorsports is considered an essential business and while adhering to the CDC's Guidance pertaining to COVID-19, we have and will remain open. We are currently looking to add a Full-Time Purchaser / Customer Service Rep. to our team.

Job Description:

Purchasing Job Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with the Team place orders and ensure product is shipped according to deadlines
• Create Purchase Orders via QuickBooks, verify prices, part numbers, quantity and availability
• Ensure that every order has a Customer listed for Job Costing
• Ascertain products and suppliers in terms of best value, availability, reliability, quality, and customer service.
• Pay Non Net vendors online or over the phone with Credit Cards
• Forward all Invoices & Receipts to Accounting for Posting
• Ask vendors for promotional prices and incentives.
• Have a working technical knowledge of the goods or services being purchased. .
• Ask new California vendors for a California Resale Certificate to be completed by Accounting.
• Tracks purchased orders.
• Create Item Receipts & Receive Product against the PO.
• Acquires return merchandise authorizations (RMA) when a return is needed. Customer Service Job Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Answering Phones
• Reply to Customer's Inquiries and Provide Status Updates for Orders
• Process Web Orders by Creating New Customer Accounts & Sales Orders in QuickBooks
• Print Work Orders, Packing Lists (& Repair Orders if needed)
• Order any applicable parts necessary to complete the web order, Notate ordered parts eta and Fab List addition on Work Order
• Add Fabricated Items to Fabrication List

Updating and Monitoring Open Order Report Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of Purchasing Experience (preferably in the Automotive Industry)
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients in an informative and professional manner
• Familiarity with generating Purchase & Sales Orders (We are absolutely willing to train you on QuickBooks Manufacturing and Wholesale)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Due to the nature of our business, we have adopted a

Candidates will be required to pass a drug test prior to employment.

• Please note that Full-Time benefits shall include, Medical (50% of Employee Cost paid by Employer),Dental, Vision and PTO.
• Schedule will be Five 8 Hour Days per week (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Monday through Friday
