Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Responsibilities Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, providing clear and courteous assistance to callers. Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately. Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Maintain organized filing systems, process invoices, and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed. Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects. Provide excellent customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and office management practices is desirable. Clerical skills such as proofreading, typing accuracy, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
