Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm, contributing your skills to foster student growth and success.

Core Qualifications:

Current status as a Highly Qualified Paraprofessional according to MN state standards. Option 1: Successful completion of the MN Paraprofessional or Para Educator Exam (attach proof). Option 2: At least 60 college credits (official transcripts required; diploma or degree alone not accepted). Experience working with students in special education settings or similar K-12 environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and support students with diverse needs. Adaptable and team-oriented with a collaborative approach to supporting individualized education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom, small-group, and/or one-on-one support to students as directed by licensed teaching staff. Assist with instructional activities, behavior management strategies, and student supervision. Implement accommodations and supports outlined in student plans. Help foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning atmosphere. Document progress, report concerns, and support classroom organization.
