Qualifications:

Must be considered Highly Qualified via one of the following: Passing the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (submit official ParaPro or ParaEducator exam score) At least 60 college credits with accompanying transcripts (diplomas or degrees do not suffice) Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, or high school level is highly valued Familiarity with special education settings and behavior support strategies preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Must present both a resume and Highly Qualified documentation (transcripts or credential exam score) for consideration
