Qualifications:
Active Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License (Tier 1 or Tier 2 acceptable; Tier 3 or 4 preferred) Licensure in Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD) required Previous experience working with elementary level students in special education settings strongly preferred Must be available for onsite, in-person instruction (no remote positions available)
Responsibilities:
Manage a center-based elementary classroom (approximately 11 students, with minor enrollment fluctuations) Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with staff and families to foster a supportive learning environment Track and report student progress, adapting strategies as necessary Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide initiatives
