Qualifications Active Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License (Tier 1 or 2 accepted; Tier 3/4 preferred) Endorsement in Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD) Experience in center-based elementary special education preferred Flexibility and commitment to working onsite only (no virtual roles available) Willingness to work with fluctuating caseloads Responsibilities Teach a center-based elementary caseload (approximately 11 students, enrollment may vary) Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and families Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Benefits Non-taxable stipends Comprehensive healthcare coverage 401(k) with employer assistance Fully supported travel arrangements Premium compensation Secure contract through June 2027 Ready to bring your passion for special education to new places and enrich your professional journey?
