Guest Services Manager SUMMARY Looking for a night owl who would like to join our team at Bluefin Bay as a Full Time Night Auditor. This person will accommodates guests of Bluefin Bay by performing sales and customer service functions related to guest registration, departures and revenue collection, in a manner that will ensure our guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your ultimate responsibility will be to ensure guest satisfaction and establish a happy and healthy work environment for yourself and other employees you are working with. Along with that here are a few other job specifics.

• Serve as the primary after-hours point of contact for guests.
• Assist with guest questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Operate RDP(Property Management Software) and other Front Desk systems.
• Run required nightly reports and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Complete required Front Desk paperwork and communicate important overnight information to the next shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of Guest Services.
• Restock Front Desk and Guest Services supplies as needed.
• Communicate maintenance or housekeeping concerns to the appropriate department.
• Respond appropriately to overnight property concerns, alarms, or emergencies according to established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior guest service or sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred but candidate will be considered if they show willingness to learn.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and good oral and written English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts. Accuracy is very important in this role.
