Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

Current national certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent) Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science field Recent experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting Proficiency with routine and specialized laboratory procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams

Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis of blood, urine, and other samples using advanced laboratory equipment Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results Document results and communicate findings clearly to medical staff Assist with maintaining laboratory equipment and stocking supplies Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve technical issues efficiently
