Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia, ensuring safety and stability Perform comprehensive post-operative assessments and respond to any complications Manage airways, pain levels, hemodynamics, and overall patient comfort Collaborate closely with physicians, surgical teams, and other nursing staff Provide patient and family education regarding post-operative expectations and ongoing care Document all interventions, changes, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
