is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Rutland, VT. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents Communicate effectively with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care team members Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Requirements:

Active Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
