Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license Previous experience working with children or in a school setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and staff Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to students in 1st through 5th grade Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Respond to health emergencies and develop care plans for students with chronic conditions Maintain accurate and confidential student health records Promote healthy behaviors through education and preventive care initiatives Serve as a key liaison between families, school personnel, and external healthcare providers
