Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting student communication development in a rewarding full-time, contract opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. This dynamic, flexible role provides services across three high school campuses with the largest portion of the caseload based at a major high school site. Help guide approximately 60-70 students, including those with mild to severe disabilities—ranging from articulation needs to those in adaptive cluster programs and students diagnosed with ASD.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active standard Arizona SLP certification Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card Experience with school-aged populations and IEP processes highly preferred Ability to manage an itinerant schedule across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students, primarily at Mountain View High School, with additional support at two smaller high school campuses Evaluate students, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress Collaborate with special education teams, family members, and administrators Serve students with various needs from mild articulation to significant communication challenges, including those in adaptive settings Support compliance with state and federal regulations Imagine each day making a difference in high school students' lives, collaborating within a supportive multidisciplinary team, and growing professionally in a forward-thinking educational environment.
