Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, fully onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is based in Madera, CA, serving an established school district setting. It is ideal for professionals with experience supporting students in educational environments and managing diverse caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, with 25-30 receiving speech-only therapy. Collaborate with support staff, including potential supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitators. Manage high volumes of referrals and maintain effective caseload organization. Deliver services in compliance with special education regulations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of California school-based SLP experience. At least 1 year of experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS). Experience supervising SLPAs and facilitators is preferred. New graduates with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CF) are welcome to apply. Ability to work onsite full time.Location:
