Full Job Description Job Description:

The Greatest Bar in Hawthorne is looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team as bartenders. No prior bartending experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, social environment and providing great customer service, this could be a perfect fit.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Check IDs to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle cash, card transactions, and operate the POS system Restock bar supplies (liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, etc.) Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe environment Follow all California alcohol laws and company policies Assist with opening and closing duties
