Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-person customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the breakfast area, and supporting front desk operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Stock and maintain the continental breakfast area, ensuring it is inviting and well-presented for guests. Attend to the front desk by greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and managing check-in/check-out processes. Accurately process cash transactions using POS systems. Verify that checked-out rooms are properly assigned to the housekeeping team and confirm they have been cleaned to standard. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, front desk, and breakfast area through regular cleaning tasks. Provide excellent in-person customer service to all guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate POS systems efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy environment. Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work mornings and weekends as needed.
