2nd Shift Reports to: Kevin Shirley We are seeking a motivated and dedicated entry-level Production Associate to join our MyEco team. The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Production Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. This role is critical to maintaining the highest production efficiency and meeting customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures. Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance. Help manage the department's workflow to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products to both internal and external customers. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment. Provide support in tracking departmental performance measures and visual controls. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance employee relations and overall production effectiveness. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, always exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor. Previous manufacturing experience is required 1 year of continuous work experience required Ability to read and interpret work orders Ability to take supervision and follow all policies and procedures Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to constantly stand and walk on concrete floors wearing safety boots during an 8-12 hour shift. Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to a
