Job Summary:

As an E-commerce Livestreaming Operational Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our livestreaming platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of livestream events, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and hosting teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all technical and logistical aspects of livestream sessions, including scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting. Work closely with Livestream Hosts to prepare products, scripts, and promotional strategies for livestreaming events. Monitor livestream performance in real-time, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and interactive elements. Analyze sales data, viewer engagement, and feedback to optimize future livestream sessions. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote livestream events through social media and other channels. Maintain inventory management related to showcased products and ensure accurate product information is displayed during sessions. Stay updated on e-commerce and livestreaming trends to recommend innovative strategies.

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple aspects of livestreaming operations. Technical proficiency with livestreaming software, platforms, and equipment. Analytical skills to interpret performance data and implement improvements.
