About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Content + Activation) to help drive HPA's day-to-day marketing efforts across social media, digital platforms, and community activations throughout the state. In this role, you will help bring the HPA brand to life by producing engaging content, capturing real-time moments across programs and events, and supporting campaigns that expand our visibility and impact. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate across teams to ensure our brand is consistent, values-aligned, and positioned for continued growth. What You'll Do Create and Publish Content:
Produce and publish engaging daily content across HPA's social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on short-form video including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Capture Real-Time Moments:
Attend programs, camps, school sites, leagues, and events to capture photo and video content that reflects HPA's energy, development, and community impact. Manage the
Content Pipeline:
Help execute the content calendar, organize content assets, and maintain a consistent flow of ready-to-use content across platforms.
Support Digital Marketing Operations:
Assist with emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and campaign support through digital platforms such as HubSpot.
Represent HPA Through Activations:
Support events, vendor fairs, conferences, and community activations through planning support, on-site execution, and content capture.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with Marketing leadership and partner with other departments to support campaign execution, visibility, and growth.
Maintain Brand Consistency:
Help ensure all content and digital assets align with HPA's brand standards, messaging, and marketing goals.
Support Scalable Growth:
Contribute to systems that make content collection, publishing, and campaign execution more efficient as HPA continues to expand. Who You Are A creative doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning real moments into meaningful content. A strong communicator with a sharp eye for storytelling, visual quality, and brand consistency. A driven and organized professional who can manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through. Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media platforms, digital tools, and marketing systems including HubSpot and Canva. Passionate about sports, youth development, and mission-driven work. Able to work on-site in Clovis and travel regularly within California for programs, events, and activations. What You Bring High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience creating photo, video, or social media content. Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Strong copywriting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with video editing and graphic design for social media, including Adobe Premiere preferred. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
