Middle School Dean at Oak Park Unified Print Application Deadline 5/21/2026 3:00 PM Pacific Date Posted 5/13/2026 Contact Sue Meskis 818-735-3226 Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range $105,943 - $121,576 Annually Add'l Salary Info Annual stipend for doctorate - $1K Length of Work Year 195 days Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the Principal, assists in the coordination and management of student support systems, campus supervision, school operations, and instructional leadership responsibilities.

Duties may include:

• Coordinating student discipline, tardy interventions, detention, School on Saturday, and student behavior support systems.
• Supporting SST, 504, IEP, intervention, and ELD/DML processes and meetings.
• Supervising and overseeing campus activities, ASB and ASB events, intramurals, organized sports/ All Star Sports Program, faculty/student games, student recognition programs, and school climate initiatives.
• Overseeing campus supervision, supervision schedules, campus supervisors, student safety, and locker management.
• Coordinating new student registration, 5th grade orientation, Camp Medea, and student transition activities.
• Assisting with state testing coordination, logistics, facilitation, and staff training.
• Supporting instructional leadership through teacher goal setting, observations, evaluations, and staff collaboration.
• Supporting staff appreciation activities and additional duties as assigned.

• Valid California Administrative Services Credential (copy of credential from CTC with document number)
• Previous teaching and/or counseling experience required
