Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to help with daily operations, order processing, and basic accounting tasks. Responsibilities Take customer orders and enter them accurately Process orders and prepare invoices in QuickBooks Communicate with customers about orders and availability Coordinate with warehouse and shipping Assist with general operations and office tasks Requirements Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge Bilingual in English and Mandarin Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Good communication skills Experience in wholesale or HVAC is a plus
