Job Description

Overview Stratus Services is growing fast, and we're looking to hire three Tier 2 Helpdesk Technicians who are ready to jump in, learn, and support our clients with an
ELEVATED
level of service. If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced MSP environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and your career. We are currently hiring two positions in Boise, ID and one in Anchorage, AK. In person work is required. This is not a remote position. Role Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support tickets for end users and client environments Support desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking equipment, and cloud platforms Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including: Exchange OnlineEntra ID (Azure AD)IntuneTeamsSharePoint Online Handle onboarding and offboarding of users Troubleshoot MFA, mail flow, Outlook, authentication, and licensing issues Assist with workstation deployments and hardware replacements Perform system monitoring, patching, and remediation through RMM tools Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client environments Participate in project work and client infrastructure improvements Provide both remote and occasional onsite support Work directly with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience working in an MSP environment Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows environments Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Experience supporting: Windows 10/11 Windows Server Microsoft 365 Active Directory Networking fundamentals VPN connectivity Printers and endpoint devices Experience with RMM and PSA platforms Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client issues simultaneously Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team You'll succeed if you: Understand MSP urgency and client expectations Can take ownership of issues and see them to completion Have a strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail Maintain professional communication with both technical and non-technical users Possesses a team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist others Want to continue growing technically and professionally

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
