Schedule:
8-hour day shifts 1 to 2 weekends per monthKey Qualifications:
Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license Minimum of 1 year of acute care or hospital-based experience preferred Strong assessment, treatment, and documentation skills Effective communication abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Implement evidence-based interventions to help patients recover or improve their functional abilities Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in a timely manner Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the recovery processBenefits and Perks:
