Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to maintain smooth operations. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high standards of hospitality. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution through customer service problem-solving. Oversee reservation systems, including hospitality reservation platforms, to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities. Train team members on hotel emergency procedures, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations protocols. Coordinate night audit activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Implement and monitor front office policies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse guests and foster inclusive service delivery. Ensure adherence to hotel safety standards and emergency procedures at all times. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar front desk leadership role within hotels or resorts. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with international guests. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort operations is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems, client communication tools, and hospitality reservation systems will be advantageous. Pay:
$17.50 - $17.75 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
