Position Overview:

We're hiring a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer to assist with various tasks on residential/small commercial job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials. Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures. Perform general labor duties as assigned by the

Field Superintendent Qualifications:

Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and work hard. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
