In this General Manager (HVAC) opportunity in Providence, you'll take hands-on ownership of daily operations, drive project success, and grow new-business revenue. Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager (HVAC) position include: 5+ years of HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or closely related industry experience Lead, manage, and hold field teams accountable for quality, productivity, and project completion Oversee HVAC installation and project work from sale through final completion Coordinate crews, scheduling, materials, equipment, and project timelines Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and address issues before they impact customers or schedules Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate needs and recommend solutions Prepare, present, and close proposals for new projects Monitor job performance, project profitability, labor utilization, and overall operational efficiency
Salary:
$75,000 per year base salary plus commission on sold and successfully completed projects.
